Characters and whispers are generated by AI — they are not people. Personality readings and fit scores are estimates, not guarantees.

Youmi does not give psychological, medical or legal advice.

Whenever something feels off, tap “Report” or “Block” in the chat menu. Our team reviews reports and suspends or closes accounts when needed.

If you leave by reporting someone, no penalty room applies.

• Respect. No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or unwanted repeated messages.
• Consent. No sexual content, nudity or explicit photos without consent.
• Authenticity. No fake profiles, other people’s photos, scams or spam. One person, one account.
• 18+. Youmi is for adults 18 and over only.

• Meet somewhere public and busy.
• Tell a friend where you’re going and who with.
• Sort out your own transport.
• Hold off on sharing your address or workplace.
• In an emergency, call 112.

Settings → Delete my profile → confirm twice. Your account, conversations, reading, matches, messages and files are permanently deleted.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
